So there's no gym in Beefie and I really need to get in shape. Mostly because my self esteem is entirely dependent on it. True story. Anyway, I've been contemplating ways to do this. Here's what I've considered:
But I'm starting a whole new slate. One in which I will be more motivated to reach my fitness goals. Which are:
- Bike riding (I do, it's just not a work out and no I'm not about to start firing down the highways here, I don't have a death wish)

- Yoga videos (I figure that laughing when I screw up, won't offend anyone or destroy their harmony with the Earth)

- Befriending the Balance Ball (About two months ago I rolled it-yep still inflated, into the closet and haven't messed with it since)

- hmmm.....any other ideas???
But I'm starting a whole new slate. One in which I will be more motivated to reach my fitness goals. Which are:
- Run a full mile
- Straighten the hunch in my shoulders every massage therapist tells me I have (as if I can't see it)

I think you can do it!! I keep doing good for like a week or so, then I have an off week, or a bad eating weekend and it's starting all over again. I think I can't possibly counteract all the sitting around I do at work with good diet and regular working out. We used to climb the stairs at work once a day but now the stairwell is hotter than hell. So I'm back to just maintaining my current flab or increasing it. I need to find more excuses to walk around at work.. Just go wandering basically. Sheesh. Yeah and my mind gets boggled thinking of trying to coordinate a sports bra with shirt and work out pants etc... and putting together my gym bag. I think actually a morning boot camp where I can look like hell and be forced to do Non-fancy workouts would be best. Now I just have to figure out how to get out of bed...... Sigh.....
and after i posted my comments... the new word verification that came up was Faill. are they joking? Jerks!!
